Sound familiar?
Over the last couple of years, the social media revolution has really changed the landscape of marketing. Large brands and companies have had an easier time since they can devote the resources needed to social media. Cell phone companies, cable companies and even some of our local power utilities such as Public Service of New Hampshire have dedicated Twitter accounts where customer service reps can be reached 24 hours a day.
